Students who have attended college before and have received funding from K'oyitl'ots'ina, Limited will need to provide transcripts from all years attended because scholarships are based on a cumulative lifetime GPA. First-time students must submit a letter of acceptance to the college they will be attending, in lieu of transcripts.
When a student withdraws from school while classes are in progress, after they have already received scholarship funding from K'oyitl'ots'ina, Limited, the amount of the scholarship must be repaid to K'oyitl'ots'ina, Limited. Those students will not be eligible for another scholarship unless the amount is repaid and they complete a semester in good standing.
Incomplete courses, audited courses and withdrawals do not count toward the required minimum of 12 credits per semester, as they do not count towards the student’s accumulated GPA.
